1. บริการของเรา1. Our service
เรารับซื้อเศษทังสเตนคาร์ไบด์ที่ใช้แล้วในประเทศไทย รับตั้งแต่ 1 กิโลกรัมWe buy used tungsten carbide scrap in Thailand, from a minimum of 1 kg.
2. ราคาและใบเสนอราคา2. Prices & quotes
ราคาบนเว็บเป็นราคาโดยประมาณ อัปเดตทุกวันตามตลาดทังสเตนโลก ราคาสุดท้ายยืนยันหลังการชั่งน้ำหนักและตรวจสอบจริง เมื่อคุณทำรายการขาย ระบบจะออกเลขอ้างอิงเพื่อใช้ติดตามPrices shown are estimates, updated daily against the global tungsten market. The final price is confirmed after the material is weighed and inspected. When you place a sell order, a reference number is issued for tracking.
3. การจัดส่ง3. Delivery
คุณสามารถส่งของได้ 3 วิธี: ส่งพัสดุ (เราออกค่าส่ง), มาส่งเอง, หรือ Grab (กรุงเทพฯ) โปรดบรรจุหีบห่อให้เหมาะสม ความเสี่ยงระหว่างขนส่งเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งYou may deliver in three ways: parcel (we pay shipping), self-delivery, or Grab (Bangkok). Please pack material appropriately; transit risk is subject to the carrier's terms.
4. การชำระเงิน4. Payment
เราจ่ายเงินผ่านพร้อมเพย์หรือโอนธนาคารทันทีหลังชั่งน้ำหนักและตรวจสอบเสร็จ ตามน้ำหนักและคุณภาพจริงWe pay by PromptPay or bank transfer immediately after weighing and inspection are complete, based on the actual weight and quality.
5. คำรับรองของผู้ขาย5. Seller warranties
เมื่อขายให้เรา คุณรับรองว่า: (ก) คุณเป็นเจ้าของวัสดุและมีสิทธิ์ขายโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย (ข) วัสดุไม่ได้มาจากการโจรกรรมหรือโดยผิดกฎหมาย และ (ค) คำอธิบายที่คุณให้ถูกต้องตามจริงBy selling to us you confirm that: (a) you own the material and have the legal right to sell it; (b) it is not stolen or unlawfully obtained; and (c) your description of it is accurate.
6. การตรวจสอบและการปฏิเสธ6. Inspection & rejection
เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการชั่งใหม่ จัดประเภทใหม่ หรือปฏิเสธวัสดุที่ไม่ตรงกับคำอธิบาย หรือไม่ใช่ทังสเตนคาร์ไบด์ ในกรณีปฏิเสธ เราจะแจ้งและตกลงเรื่องการส่งคืนกับคุณWe may reweigh, reclassify, or decline material that does not match its description or is not tungsten carbide. If we decline, we will notify you and arrange a return.
7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด7. Limitation of liability
ในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ความรับผิดของเราต่อธุรกรรมหนึ่ง ๆ จำกัดไม่เกินมูลค่าที่จ่ายสำหรับวัสดุนั้น เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือที่เป็นผลสืบเนื่องTo the extent permitted by law, our liability for any transaction is limited to the amount paid for that material. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว ฉบับที่ประกาศบนเว็บถือเป็นฉบับปัจจุบันWe may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site is the current one.
9. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ9. Governing law
การซื้อขายที่เกิดขึ้นในประเทศไทยอยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของราชอาณาจักรไทยPurchases taking place in Thailand are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
